This is an old dream that hopefully will come true. In combinantion with Wimax and GNU/Linux one can just guess the speed of economic growth in Africa. Instead of educating people for braindrain or no jobs, there will be many new opportunities in e-healt, e-education, e-business, e-engineering, e-government...
