EUPolitix.com - MEPs call for EU hydrogen economy: "The MEPs said they are planning discussions on floating a European wide hydrogen bond which could raise billions of euros for building a hydrogen economy infrastructure.
A ‘roadmap’ will be presented by October 2005 which the MEPs said would represent the backbone of a totally new energy system across the EU."
