"I made a promised to myself that I would make a definitive decision on day 10 as to whether or not I could condone someone switching from Windows to Linux and I feel like I have a fairly good answer: it depends. Vague? Sure, but it’s the truth as far as what I can see. If you rely on your computer or laptop as purely a word processor and a device for sending e-mail or surfing the web then by all means, please go over to the Linux side of things but if you heavily use your computer for large amounts of gaming or device interfacing, then please do me a favor and stay with Windows."
